What it is:

Your precision fat loss protocol is custom designed and then adapted to your individual physiology over the course of the program. Each person’s protocol will be different but they typically include:

  • Specific meal timing goals
  • Bi-weekly Q&A with Adam via Zoom

What it is not:

The Precision Protocol is not for everyone. It is specifically designed for fat loss and requires a commitment of time, energy, and money to be successful. It is not a meal plan and does not include recipes other than those shared by others in the group.
