Well that’s a wrap folks on our first Montana transformation and adventure retreat. This event was such a special gathering of humans and as with all of our events, the energy of connection and community was felt deeply by all.
Montana has a special energy and was the perfect canvas to paint one of our Bee The Wellness events on. Our beautiful ranch served as the perfect backdrop and location. The warm fires and spacious living areas and decks offered plenty of places to commune but also the opportunity to have a little personal space if that’s what you were needing.
From the horse back riding, hiking Grinell Glacier and our river raft down the Flathead river, we had plenty of fun activities to really get a deep connection to Montana’s incredible landscape. Coupled with coaching sessions, nightly wind downs, mobility and guided mediation, this event was really hitting on all areas of health, wellness and adventure.
Our private chef, the amazing Chef Joann delivered again and we all left feeling healthier and more nourished than when we arrived. Creating custom paleo meals, Joann effortlessly caters to everyones preferences and needs like a boss. For those who were so inclined, a little wine was imbibed at dinner time.
On our final evening we had the privilege of screening our good friend and resident cinematographer Dominic Gill’s of Encompass Films award winning documentary “Coming To My Senses” followed by a Q&A about the film with the director himself. Watching under the stars in our pop up outdoor move theatre was such a special treat and the movies message was a perfect bookend to the inner and outer work we had been doing at the ranch in Montana. A reminder to us all that anything is possible no matter what the odds.
Montana was the perfect blend of activity and release and the Montana fall weather and colors made for a perfect back drop to such special experience. Montana is really something special and we look forward to when we have the opportunity to host another event there again.
